Defining units and functions.

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0

Experiencing difficulties with variables not working as expected.

Here are the errors that I faced
My version 10.0 will not recognize the unit once it's defined on the right side of equations..
Can you help?
