Error : "There was no endpoint listening at https://apps.ptc.com/accountServices/ PtcAccountService that could accept the message. This is often caused by incorrect address or SOAP action" in Mathcad Prime
Resolution:
- Lower the security settings (Firewall, Antivirus)
- Contact PTC License Management team
- User can try to reset the password - Here
