Fatal Crash and lost data

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0

Fatal Crash when copy/pasting text and math from one sheet to another. Window closed. pop-up opened and disappeared before readable. Lost whole days work over several tabs open.

Disappointing that there is no autosave or periodic save setting, and no recovery mode to recover some of lost work.

Here are the errors that I faced
pop-up box flashed up briefly then disappeared before readable.

So what now. Did you lose one or both files that you were copying between? Or will they not open anymore?

If the latter: attach them and we'll see what we can do.

The file are fine but I lost all the work I had done from last time I saved. I was able to open the files and recreate all the work lost. It cost me about 3 hours to get back to where I had been. I was lax in hitting save, so that was my fault, and this was the first crash that I’ve experienced with MathCad. I am familiar with Crashes using Autocad Civ3d, but I am prepared with autosave set at 15min and Autocad creates a recovery drawing so data lost is usually very little.

It’s disappoint, at the cost we pay for a subscription to MathCAD Prime, that the program doesn’t have an autosave function or recovery function.
