FLEX server upgrade

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.1.0

Need to upgrade flex lic server but it won't let me.

Here are the errors that I faced
Need to upgrade flex lic server but it won't let me. the finish button is greyed out or the flex install just crashes.
