Having issues install MathCad

Hi All,

We have Mathcad 15 installed, but now require the Prime 6.0 version also installed.  

When we go through the install process, we seem to be going round in circles, and not actually installing the software.

Can someone advise how we can get this software running?

Windows 10 - Lastest OS updates.

Let me know if you need log files etc copied.
