Post Content extraction - Select # Setup.exe

Double #Click the Setup.exe and the software will be ready to install. Follow the prompts on the screen.

    There is no selection available. I don’t know why.

    The software download page is accessible to customers who have an active maintenance account. FYI- I tested the Software download link and was able to access all available MC software media. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Refer picture here :

    If we have no active maintenance account, how can we download the software we paid for? I paid a license for the Mathcad 11 Prime Student Edition, but I am unable to download the software, as one download page is not accessible, and the other download page has no selection available, as in the image of the original post. 

     

    Therefore, I request a download link for the software I paid for.

    The issue has been fixed. Did you try downloading the Mathcad Prime 11? I just tried to download Mathcad Prime 11 and was able to do so.
