i can't activate my 30-day free prime trial

i requested and received a .dat license file, but when I apply it I get the following error message:

11/22/2022 12:36:18 PM : The license request failed.
Requesting MathcadPrime ...
C:\Program Files\PTC\Mathcad Prime 8.0.0.0\sw_license_email_90222.dat: (-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.

I've now tried this twice with two different license files.
