I lost my license of Mathcad prime 7.0 AGAIN

Dear Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing because I have lost my license for Mathcad Prime 7.0. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the license information needed to activate the software.

Could you please assist me in recovering or reissuing my license? If you need any information from me (such as purchase details, email used during registration, or proof of purchase), I will be happy to provide it.
