Input Converter Greyed out

We have installed the 30-day trial version of Mathcad. However, when attempting to convert an XMCD file, the conversion option is disabled (greyed out). Because of this, we are unable to proceed with the file conversion. We are not sure why this feature is unavailable in the trial version and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

Most probably you forgot to tick the option of installing the converter, during setup. It is off by default.

Go ahead and re-install, AND tick that option...
