Input/Output XMCD, MCD Converter MathCAD Express Prime7.0.0.0

Users are not able to access additional content in their MathCad application - Input/Output > XMCD/MCF converter. Need assistance to determine if this is a licensing issue or an application issue.

Starting from the 7th version of Mathcad Prime you can use the built-in converter (before the installation process, it is necessary to select it among the installation components).

There's no need to post twice. Once is enough.

To your issue:

The converter needs to be installed explicitly. You have to tick the option during installation, it is Off by default.

To correct it, de-install and re-install, while not forgetting to tick the option On.
