As you have received the licensing email it would consists of attachments (text files). Follow below steps

For Node-locked license:

1. Save license file on the hard drive
2. Launch Mathcad Prime
3. Click on the Mathcad button at the top-left corner and select Mathcad Options
4. Select License tab
5. Select File option under License Configuration and browse to the saved locked license file
6. Click Apply and Close

This should help to license the application
