Installation issue on windows 11. Installation shell doesn't pop after extraction of .exe

I am facing installation issues. The installation shell does not pop up on my computer after self extraction. I have also tried extraction through 7zip and still facing the same issue. I am running windows 11. Please assist me with installation of MathCad. Thanks.

1. What version are you trying to install?

2. Only Mathcad Prime 8.0 is certified to run on Windows 11 (version 21H2).

I am trying to install mathcad express trial.

It is installing fine on one machine but not on the other. both machines have windows 11.
