Installation und Lizensierung Mathcad 15, Lizensierung nicht möglich

Mein alter PC ist defekt. Ich möchte MathCad auf einem anderen PC installieren und Lizensieren.
Leider enden alle Versuche mit Fehlern.
Mathcat 15 .045 Einzelplatzlizenz als Update von Mathcat 11 Einzelplatzlizens.

Die Lizenzserver ist seit einigen Jahren ausgeschaltet. Lizenzierung geht, wenn überhaupt, nur noch mit hilfe von PTC. Versuche:

Mathcad 11 Einzelplatzlizens lauft über Cdilla, eine Protekzion die nicht toleriert wird von Windows-64bit OS.
