Installing Mathcad prime 8 stops after "exctracting"

I can't install Mathcad Prime 8. I have alredy Prime 7 (with watermark) and it works good. 

I can download the installer but when i launch "pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe" the installation process just stops after "extracting" window reaches 100%, and there are no installer window open after that.

I have tried it many times and as administrator, but always same problem.

There was exactly same "pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe" found from that discussion.

Run "PrimeWixinstaller_64bit.msi" from the "ptcsh0" folder of installer.

I can't exctract the "pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe" so I can't find that file.
