Issue converting Mathcad 15 to Prime

Hi,

I am looking at converting a large number of legacy mathcad files to mcdx files. When I try to run the converter, it fails pretty much immediately, with an error: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040CB6): Unknown Error at mcautomation.IMathcadWorksheets.Open(String pFileName) at ConverterLoader.Xmc...

Please can you advise what the issue might be here?

Does it convert any file or just the "large number" of files.  If it doesn't convert any files then reinstall Prime and the converter. If it is specific files then look at functions in the file that may not be converting.

Hi @JD_14152912,

Did you try reinstalling the Mathcad Prime? What version of the Prime are you using?
Also, if you can repair your .NET framework.
