Issue with Acquiring License - busy licensing service

I'm in the "Acquisisci Licenza"(Acquire License) phase of the installation of PTC MATHCAD. The issue is that while I'm getting the free 30 days of mathcad prime, the installation tool tests my eligibility to the program but stops telling me that "Servizio licenze occupato" (busy licensing service).
I'm an MSc student of Aerospace Engineering so I should be eligible.
