Keep getting PTC license packs that will not get Mathcad to run. What am I doing wrong?

Set up program says that it cannot find the sw_license_email_95084.dat file. I cannot get MathCad to run! what do I do? I can email a snip of the screen.

    Go to file ->options->licence and then set up the location of the licence file.

      Sorr, but this is still not working! 

       

      What "file ->options->license" is to be used? I cannot get into Mathcad to enter it there. Which is why I am trying to sigh in in the first place..........
