Licence File not accepted.

I have a license for Mathcad Prime 6.0. Today, I wanted to upgrade and have installed the Mathcad Prime 7.0 and received the License file via email. Mathcad Options for Prime 7.0 does not accept it. Following remark is displayed:
12/03/2021 3:13:09 PM : The license request failed.
Requesting MathcadPrime ...
C:\PTC Mathcad\Mathcad 7.0\sw_license_email_5177155.dat: (-5) No such feature exists.
Please help to resolve..

What is the product code that your are trying to use to access with Mathcad Prime 7.0 Ideally it should start with MX07

 

Did you updated your product code compatible with mathcad Prime 7 from e-store?
