Licencse problem to reinstal Mathcad14 on a new PC

About Mathcad 14. I have just installed it to a new PC with Windows X11. When I try to run it, it asks me to run the license assistant. I do it, I get a web page asking to create a new account (although I already have one), so I create a new account, then nothing. Thanks for helping me. Regards, Michel Bonnardeau

Bonjour Michel, 

The support for mathcad (all versions) and prime versions 1...6 has ended about 5 years ago.

For (re-)installations of those, if at all possible, you will have to contact PTC licensing. 

Additionally: the information in your post is for all the world to see. You should not post the full contents if your license file…
