License problem - customer number - fulfillment Confirmation document

Hi,

I have a single user license of Mathcad 7. When I purchased it from the PTC website.

This website connected me with Digital River. The order details mentioned I should

receive a fulfillment confirmation document. Never received any. Also didn't receive

a customber number.

Now I have a new PC and cannot get a new license file from PTC because missing documents.

Anyone recognize this problem ?

MathCAD 7 or MathCAD Prime 7?

PTC no longer provides licenses to MathCAD or MathCAD Prime 1-6 due to licensing issues with code used in those products.
