license server doesn't start

I am using Mathcad, and I'm not able to start the license server
Here are the errors that I faced

2:29:47 (ptc_d) SERVER line says PTC_HOSTID=00-0C-29-F4-1C-00, hostid is PTC_HOSTID=06-00-00-00-00-00
2:29:47 (ptc_d) Invalid hostid on SERVER line

while the hostid (mac address) is the same as I've in the license file, the PTC daemons don't recognize it
