License transfer to new computer help

I have a subscription for a MathCAD 10 Student Edition. I got a new computer and couldn't figure out how to download the software and transfer the license over to my new computer. I downloaded the latest MathCAD 11 and activated a trial version of it. Can I transfer my existing license to my new computer?

Do you have a subscription in this case for version 11?

I just started the 30 day trial. I haven't upgraded to a fully paid subscription yet.

No, you can't. A license for Prime 10 will not do for Prime 11 (the other way around might work).

Your Prime 10 license allows you to run Prime 10. But before you can install Prime 10 on the new computer you first have to uninstall Prime 11.

You can have several versions of Prime installed on the same PC, but you must install them in the order of increasing version number.

All information about installing and licensing Prime is to be found here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/All-About-Mathcad-Software-Installation/td-p/706433

For your specific problem, this should do it: From Where to Download Mathcad for Single User Account or for Student Edition
