Question

Licensing does not work.

I have a working installation in an old PC, but are now bound to go over to an other PC. Installation goes ok but licensing does not work.

You need to transfer your license. See here and take the most appropriate link:

Hi Luc,

 

The license transfer form does not seem to be working. I have several Mathcad 14 licenses and have tried to transfer some of them to a new machine. The form says I will be emailed a license file within two hours for each license, but I have received nothing yet. I have used this process successfully at least twice in the past two years, most recently in November 2024, but I am getting nowhere now.

 

Do you have any suggestions what to try next?
