Licensing on Workspot (VM) - ...Windows Terminal Service guest session

I have a few engineers testing out Mathcad. They're working on Workspot (Virtual machine) and are getting an error when attempting to license.
Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Service guest session.

Workspot is not remote desktop... Thoughts?

1. What version of Mathcad are you using?

2. Show a screenshot of the error that appears on the screen.
