Loss of excel component functionality

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0

Issue with the excel component. Existing excel components within document give error message that excel is busy and will not accept input or give out puts. Adding an excel component in a new document add input and output sections but does not give a new excel sheet.

Here are the errors that I faced
excel is busy. can't calculate make sure that cells are not being edited in excel and try again in a few seconds.
