Matchad Prime 9 won't convert older Mathcad files

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0

We have three older Mathcad files that Mathcad 9 is not able to convert for some reason.

We receive the message "Conversion failed. Unexpected error encountered during conversion." We are then provided with incomprehensible text files describing the issue.

Can someone try converting our files for us?
