Mathcad 14 license error

Hello,

 

Unfortunately, since a new installation, it is no longer possible for me to set a valid license.dat.

The present files end with the note that they are not valid.

I only get a timeout error over the Internet with a user and password.

What can I do to activate Mathcad 14.

Hallo,

es muss doch eine Möglichkeit geben, das Programm zu aktivieren, da meine ganze Arbeit mit dieser Version verknüpft sind.

Es geht dabei um den Zugang zu meinem Konto der nicht mehr funktioniert.

Die Version konnte ich am Anfang der Woche noch aktivieren.

Danach nahm er das Passwort nicht an und sperrte das Konto, so dass keine Aktivierung mehr möglich ist.

Bitte entsperren Sie den Zugang udo.wilczek@isumtec.de!
