Mathcad 14 reinstallation

Re installing on a new computer, but cannot get the License to be accepted

When I run License setup I get a message
'The remote server returned an error (403) Forbidden

You should know this:

which implies that it will be difficult to get Mathcad 14 (a predecessor of Mathcad 15 and as of the announcement equally unsupported) licensed on a (new) computer.
