Mathcad 14 reinstallation liscensing error

I have Mathcad 14, working fine till now. I was bound to reinstall the PC, but now I get error in licensing the mathcad 14. "Unexpected Error. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
I did not get any time limit when I bought Mathcad 14, so I should be able to continue using it. It is only for occassional private (academic) use.
