Mathcad 15.0 student license
For a course offered by SEABC, we were given student license of Mathcad 15.
Installation instructions directed us to create a new PTC esupport account. After logging-in, instructions said that we will be asked about product code, after which we will be directed to software download page. However, that never happened. I am trying to get this installed but the interface is very confusing and unfriendly. Every time I try to go to download page, I am re-directed to a different page saying "insufficient privileges". Could anyone please help with this?
