Question

Mathcad 15 downgrade right

Dear Mathcad Team,
If we purchase a Mathcad "Locked License" for one PC do we have got a downgrade right to Mathcad 15 with Windows 10?

The reason is that we do have a lot of Mathcad files on Mathcad 15 which cannot be converted to the current version of Mathcad as our customers in the entire world are still on Mathcad 15.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Thomas Lemke

If you purchase PTC Mathcad Prime right now, you do not get an entitlement for Mathcad 15.

That used to be the case, but hasn't been the case for nearly four years now. We legally cannot distribute Mathcad 15. See: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Tips/Official-PTC-Mathcad-15-and-Prime-1-6-End-of-Sale-Announcement/ta-p/818870

If you have specific functionality barriers to converting Mathcad 15 worksheets to Mathcad Prime, please open a ticket with PTC Support and note what they are, and provide the worksheet examples with them.
