Mathcad 15 License Implementation

Hello,

I have a problem with implementation a license into a server,
or more likely reading the license from the server.
I transfered a license from one server to another, using this instruction:

After transfering and implementing it on FLEX License Manager, with help from given instructions,
when i install mathcad 15 on my local machine and try to run it, this monit pops up:

Movement through port 7788 is open on the server, and FLEXlm service for PTC is up and running,
Didn't have any errors through the implementation process, restarting FLEXlm doesn't help.

Error no. shown: 96, 491.
