Mathcad 15 licensing issue

I have a student version of Mathcad 15 that I was using years ago.
Now, I want to install it on a new laptop and open my old files, but I receive an error from remote server during the installation.
Can anybody help me with this process?

Picture below shows the error message that I receive while trying to install the software.

Read this: 

And you'll understand why you get the error message. PTC has taken the license server for Mathcad 15 (and before) off line.

Your only hope could be with contacting PTC licensing directly.
