Mathcad 9.0.0 License File

Recently, my SSD hard drive crashed and I lost all emails and software installed on my laptop, including the license file for my single-user MC 9.0.0. 

 

I can't find a customer support email where I can request a replacement for said license file.

 

Your advice is appreciated.
