Mathcad 9 Student license

I am trying to install this on a second computer. It is installed on my desktop but want it on my laptop as well. It won't let me do it. Why??

Try to request for a license manually by providing Mathcad product code and physical address of Ethernet adapter using web case logger here: http://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenterSingleUser.htm
