Mathcad Express Installer Issue

The flow of issue:

 

1. Received an email for the Mathcad Express trial

 

2. Clicked on download PTC Mathcad Express prompt, takes me to a new window

 

3. Selected install software button and opens a tab for a moment and closes with NO installation

 

I have a 64-bit operating system with windows 10.  Is there a bug in the installer?

It seems that there is some issue accessing the link with Chrome.

 

This issue has been reported to concerned team and they are working on this. Can you please try some other web browser (Mozilla Firefox or Internet explorer)
