MathCad functionality problem after purchase

mathcad does not have prime functionality even with license installed

Could you share license file and also show snapshot of below dialog:

  1. Click on the Mathcad Mathcad_prime_button button at the top-left corner and select Mathcad Options
  2. Select License tab

Make sure you you follow below videos to configure licenses with Mathcad:
