I bought Mathcad Prime 5 and now I am trying to log in but i could it, can you help me with that .

Yes i have installed but i can not log in to my license?

1. Create a backup (or just archive) of the config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
2. Delete the current config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
3. Run Mathcad Prime again.
