Mathcad licence activation issue

Hi,

I have the issue requesting licence for Mathcad product through Mathcad licence activation window. It gives me the error when requesting licence file. Can someone from PTC team help me on that? I have a product code.

On the License page, on the right side, is a link to send a message to the PTC license group.

They are the only ones who can help you.

I was not able to send a request through that page as I don't have the account upgraded. 

So, still having issues with my License.
