Mathcad, license for an international company, information required

Good day,

I am working as an IT Support for an international company that has a license for PTC.
We have received a request from one of the Italy based users asking for installation of the software Mathcad.
Checking "older tickets" regarding this matter I see that there were already few installations done in the past, the license is provided, however, we lack on information, setup files regarding the software.

I have already contacted software distribution Team in our company however, since the last registered installation was about 3 years ago no one seems to be able to find any installation file / license/ application owner contact, no info whatsoever regarding the software.

Can you please assist?
