MathCad Prime 10 - Student Edition Instillation Issues

Hello,

 

I am attempting to download and install the MathCad Prime 10 - Student Edition. However, I am running into this failed application error. Please see the attached photos. Can someone please provide any insight or support regarding this installation issue.
