MathCAD Prime 6 Installer Issue

Our MathCAD Prime 6 installer is no longer working. When we run it, it shows as no apps available. Service Contract Number: 1R2416016; Sales Order Number: 3185301.

1. You shouldn't expose those numbers, Realise that this is an open forum, anybody can read it.
