Mathcad prime 9 (-9) Invalid host issue

I bought and installed Mathcad 9 student version, on the day of installation everything worked fine, however today I wanted to open the program and now it opens Mathcad express, I tried to activate the license for the file again, however I get a message that says "(-9) Invalid host."

Looking at some forums I tried to solve the problem by following what was indicated, however the problem was not solved.

Then, checking the host, the one on my network does not match the one in the license file.

How can i fix this?
