Good morning, everyone.

I came across an issue regarding the floating license file for MATHCAD PRIME 10. After having successfully installed and used for some time, an error appeared on my log files in the server (see below):

2024-09-09 06:05:07,173 root.Vendor (ptc_d) ERROR: Parsing licensing\license.dat at line 1 on token .
2024-09-09 06:15:07,178 root.Vendor (ptc_d) ERROR: Parsing licensing\license.dat at line 1 on token .

It looks like appearing every 10 minuts or so. By inspecting the license file at line 1, I am not able to understand the issue.

In a previous thread I posted, I had some problems when I borrowed the license for testing purpose and I found out that the borrow time was automatically set-up by the license server  for one week. When it was finally released we started to have these issues.

Did someone encounter a similar issues? I would appreciate some support. I am not an IT specialist, but a MATHCAD user and I might have made some mistake.

I am sharing the license file and commented out with a 'XXX' string the company details and the subscription reference.

Thanks in advance for the support.

Kindest regards,

Gianfranco

Was any "Error Code (-#)" returned in this case?
