MathCAD Prime10 Trial License Problem

I am encountering an error while configuring the trial license for Mathcad Prime 10.
The error says: "... (-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session."
FYI, I am running the software locally (not remotely).

In that case, see if any Remote Services are running on your machine.

Thanks for the reply, but I still don't get what I need to do to resolve the license issue.

  • If application is configured to a locked license, then the application will not launch when connected over a remote Desktop or Terminal Services connection

  • A locked license file is intended to be used alone, without using any License Management Application, whereas a floating license file is intended to be managed by a License Management Application installed on the server machine.

    Check first if License file is Floating or Locked.

    Reconfigure applications license:

    • Reconfigure Mathcad with correct license
