Mathcad pro licence activation issue

I could not find any other support, so I decided to write the message here. I am a student and our school uses Mathcad 11. I received a code for Mathcad pro from my teacher, but I am unable to activate it. I downloaded the software and it shows that I have the free version, and that I can activate the pro version by clicking a button on the top right. I did that and got to the licence assistant. I logged in and put the code in, but it gives me an error message "server error" after I try to install the licence. A link leads me to here: "https://support.ptc.com/appserver/support/account/contact_customer_care.jsp", but I either don't get any help from there, or I am unable to access it due to not having the correct web account. I am unable to upgrade my web account, because I don't have the data required to do so. The only thing I have is the code and the need to get this app so i can work with it in school.

You may want to read this. It will not help with your problem, but at least illustrate that you're not alone.

You should know that this forum is setup by PTC, for and by users of PTC product. If you're lucky a PTC employee will take a look and sometimes even help with a topic posted here. Myself and other, users of the product will gladly help you with any problems using Mathcad, but we cannot solve licensing problems.
