Mathcad Student License request limit reached
Dear PTC Support,
I am contacting you regarding a licensing issue with Mathcad.
I would like to activate student license for my own student email acc, but during activation I receive the following message: "You reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type."
The situation is as follows:
Mathcad had peviously been installed on this computer;
A trial had already been used earlier by another person on the same device;
I am now tryhing to activate Mathcad using my own student email acc;
However, the system still shows the maximum license request limit error.
