Mathcad Trial web page does not recognise a UK phone number

When trying to obtain the trial version of Mathcad prime the page says that my UK phone number is invalid and will not allow me to proceed. The country is set to UK.

I suppose your country isn’t set to Ukrain, by accident…?

Did you put any dashes or spaces in the phone number? Try what happens if you take them out.

It was UK showing +44 and the numbers were all okay. I got around the problem by just using the website of one of PTC’s UK resellers.
