Mathcad upgrade Express -> student 1-year-term

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade from the Mathcad Express Version via the upgrade Button in Mathcad.
The issue I am having is the following:

when I press the button I get an offer for 63€ while my university colleagues get a 10€ offer.

Is it possible to get the 1-year-term license for 10€?

I assume your university colleagues have their licence subsidised by the university. But the real (direct) price for the one-year student licence is that 63 Euros.
