maximum number of license requests

When I try to acquire license this comes up "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type." . How do I do now?

Request for a license manually by providing Mathcad product code and physical address of Ethernet adapter using web case logger http://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenterSingleUser.htm
The license file will be sent via E-mail.
